authorization;<\/li>\n<li>Justify a<strong> real activity<\/strong> in the Principality;<\/li>\n<li>Be up to date with all your <strong>legal obligations<\/strong> (fiscal, social, administrative, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Having achieved its <strong>digital maturity self-diagnosis<\/strong> on the eme.gouv.mc platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>It is also recommended to have completed at least one module in the \u201c&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/eme.gouv.mc\/se-former-au-numerique\/\">Train yourself digitally<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb of the platform.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Criteria relating to the digital transition project:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The project must be part of a digital transition plan meeting one of the following three purposes:\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Improved customer experience and sales<\/strong> (increased visibility, new sales channels, overhaul of the customer front office, customer relationship management, etc.);<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Improved productivity<\/strong> (use of digital HR, financial management and purchasing solutions, implementation of electronic signatures, dematerialization of processes, etc.);<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Launch of new business models<\/strong> relying on digital technology (for example: creation of services on the sovereign Cloud);<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The project must be&nbsp;<strong>creator of added value<\/strong>&nbsp;(job creation, increase in turnover,
